When I began teaching mathematics in 1999, my goal was not to build a tutoring company—it was simple: help students understand math, build confidence, and believe in themselves again.
Today, that same mission continues through LatePass.Com, a dedicated online tutoring organization committed to helping students strengthen their math foundations through personalized online math tutoring, restore their confidence, and achieve lasting academic success.
Why I Started LatePass.Com
What began as one educator helping one student at a time gradually grew through referrals from families, recommendations from teachers, and partnerships with schools.
I initially began tutoring one student after school. As these students achieved success, families referred other families, teachers recommended students, and schools reached out for additional support.
Today, LatePass.Com supports families across 13+ states with personalized one-on-one online math tutoring delivered by a dedicated team of professional educators.
Why I Stepped Into Leadership
In 2022, I transitioned from personally tutoring students to leading the educational vision of LatePass.Com.
As Founder and Chief Foundation Officer, I now focus on:
