If your scholar is currently struggling or at risk of failing, the most important variable is early intervention. When instruction and effort work together, the outcome changes.

All sessions are conducted virtually through Zoom or Google Meet.

• A secure access link is sent prior to each session
• Sessions are interactive and include live instruction and guided practice
• Students receive real time support using our digital whiteboard system

For the best instructional experience, we recommend:

• A laptop or desktop computer with webcam, microphone, and speakers
• A reliable internet connection with a recommended minimum of 50 Mbps upload and download speed
• A digital drawing pad such as the XP PEN Deco 01 V2 for effective use of the interactive whiteboard

• Each tutoring session is 60 minutes in length

• Monday through Friday from 4 PM to 9 PM
• Saturday and Sunday by appointment only

Availability may vary based on tutor schedules and peak academic seasons.

Yes. Tutoring is available during:

• Summer break
• Winter break
• Spring break
• Fall break
• Major holidays

Spots are limited during peak seasons. Early scheduling is encouraged.

• Zelle with no processing fees
• CashApp with a 1.5 percent processing fee
• Credit Cards or PayPal with a 4 percent processing fee

• Invoices are sent before and after each session
• Payment is due within one business day unless otherwise agreed

• A 10 percent late fee may be applied per session
• Future sessions may require prepayment
• Sessions may be paused until outstanding balances are resolved

• All cancellations must be submitted at least six hours prior to the scheduled session

• If cancellation is not received at least six hours before the session, the full session fee will apply
• This policy protects reserved instructional time

• If cancellation occurs with less than six hours notice and a reschedule is requested at the time of cancellation, the session fee will not be forfeited
• The payment will be carried forward and applied to the rescheduled session
• Rescheduling is subject to tutor availability

Clear communication at the time of cancellation is required.

• In circumstances genuinely outside of a clients control, administrative discretion may be applied
• Each situation is reviewed on a case by case basis

• Clients will not be charged
• Payment will be applied to a rescheduled session or refunded

All cancellations and reschedule requests must be communicated directly to the tutor and the LatePass Com concierge team. For urgent matters, clients may contact Donovan Smith directly.
