💳 How Do I Pay for Tutoring?

We accept:

✅ Zelle (No Fees)
✅ CashApp (1.5% Fee)
✅ Credit Cards / PayPal (4% Fee)

Payment Terms:
• Invoices are sent before and after each session
• Payment is due within 1 business day (or as agreed)

Late Payment Policy:
• 10% late fee per session
• Future sessions may require prepayment
• Sessions may be paused until payment is received

💻 How Does Online Tutoring Work?

All sessions are hosted virtually via Zoom or Google Meet. You’ll receive a secure link for each session.

🕓 Tutoring Hours:
• Monday – Friday: 4 PM – 9 PM
• Saturday – Sunday: By Appointment Only

🧰 What Equipment Do I Need?

For the best experience, we recommend:

A laptop/desktop with webcam, microphone, and speakers
A strong internet connection (recommended: 50 Mbps up/down)
A digital drawing pad (like XP-PEN Deco 01 V2) for easier writing on our interactive whiteboard

⏱️ How Long Is Each Session?

Each tutoring session is 60 minutes.

📆 Do You Offer Tutoring During School Breaks & Holidays?

Yes! We offer tutoring during summer, winter, spring, and fall breaks, including major holidays.

📶 Spots are limited during these times—book early!

❌ What If I Miss or Need to Cancel a Session?

If YOU need to cancel:
• Cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged
• If canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, the session will be forfeited
• Rescheduling is subject to tutor availability

If WE need to cancel:
• You won’t be charged
• Your payment will be applied to a rescheduled session or refunded

At this time, all sessions are 100% online only—keeping safety, accessibility, and flexibility in mind.
